The photo on the website made the color of this shoe looks
gray, but it's actually a light brown. So it won't serve as
the neutral pair I was hoping. Color aside, the shoe is
nice. The materials are nice. There was excess dried glue
along the seams on the toe, which I had to pick off.
Overall, it's an okay shoe...average quality. I've been
wearing them and they feel pretty good. As a boat shoe there
isn't a lot of cushion and that's okay. I probably wouldn't
buy this brand again since I wasn't terribly impressed with
the quality. But I enjoy wearing the pair that I bought.

This particular shoe stains the socks when worn. I had
returned the shoe because of the stain problem and received
a new pair. The new pair had the same problem but not as bad
as the original purchase. It appears that when the
manufacture stains the leather, it does not set properly.

Difficult to find a birthday present that is greeted with a
grin for a son who is now 33---who, long ago, was always
thrilled with the latest star wars toys. however, he was
delighted with the sperry top sider shoes we bought for him
this birthday--will go nicely with the khakis and shirt. and
we got a very very big grin!

I have worn the brand for 30+ years. Not only are they great
for boating but for casual wear also, and that depends on
where you are going as they could be formal too. They hold
up well for 3 yrs at least in my experience. Don't change
too much Sperry and you will have a lifetime customer.

This is the perfect casual shoe for men! It fits well, and
offers good support for this kind of shoe. It is comfortable
to wear, and stylish as well. I liked it especially in the
new color, Amaretto, which is close to what I remember as
"Cordovan." I bought it because it is the successor to a
Sperry shoe which I have enjoyed several times in the past.
